The Stack, Nissan Canton and the Pearl River in Jackson

Serving Hinds County, Rankin County, Madison County

Jackson is where I-20 and I-55 meet. The two share 1.7 miles across the Pearl River south of downtown, then split at the three-level interchange locals call the Stack. Truck traffic on both interstates funnels through it.

North of the city, Nissan’s Canton assembly plant covers 1,038 acres in Madison County, 15 miles from Jackson. It builds the Altima and Frontier. Supplier trucks and plant yards keep diesel and DEF moving up the I-55 corridor.

Water, floods and backup power

Jackson’s hardest lesson has been about its own infrastructure. A February 2021 winter storm shut down the O.B. Curtis water treatment plant and left residents without water for about a month. In late August 2022, Pearl River flooding pushed the same plant, already running on backup pumps, into failure. About 150,000 people lost safe drinking water.

The river itself is the other risk. On February 17, 2020, the Pearl crested at 36.67 feet in Jackson, its third-highest crest on record. Pumps, lift stations and generators all need fuel on site before roads close.

Mobile fueling or bulk delivery: which fits your Jackson site?

Three delivery formats. We’ll quote whichever fits your volume, site access and cost target.

Wet-Hose Fueling
Mobile fleet fueling
Overnight or day shift, fuel direct to each tank
A driver pulls into your yard after hours, fuels every truck or piece of equipment directly, logs each fill, and clears out before your crews arrive. No staff required on site.
Best for: Trucking fleets, delivery yards, rental fleets and service vehicles.
Tank Wagon Delivery
On-site tank fills
20 – 4,400 gallons per drop · same-day or scheduled
A smaller delivery truck fills your day tank, jobsite bulk tank or generator. The flexible option when volume varies or site access is tight.
Best for: Construction sites, generator refills, day tanks and smaller bulk storage.
Transport Load
Bulk transport delivery
Full transport loads to 7,500+ gallons · scheduled
Tractor-trailer delivery straight into large bulk storage. The lowest cost per gallon for high-volume buyers.
